Our Mission
Why We Exist
Too often, organisations struggle to connect business goals and long-term vision with day-to-day action in their L&D efforts. Alcepha was founded to close that gap — wherever our clients are.
We believe that effective learning is not just about ticking boxes — it is about building capability, inspiring growth and delivering real impact.
Our Leadership

Yi Hui Goh
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Yi Hui brings a decade of experience at the intersection of education, digital learning, and organisational development. Having worked across public and private sectors in Asia and Europe, she brings a global, cross-cultural perspective to drive transformative learning in complex environments.
Trained as a Biochemist at Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge, Yi Hui’s path into L&D was shaped by a deep passion for education and a commitment to meaningful impact. Born in Singapore and now based in the Netherlands, she began her career as a Science educator in Singapore’s Ministry of Education and was later invited to its national headquarters to help shape the country’s EdTech strategy. There, she led high-impact projects focused on AI in education, digital transformation, and ethical framework for emerging technologies — work that influenced national policies and impacted over half a million users.
Yi Hui went on to lead L&D efforts in the pharmaceutical and automotive sectors, driving global L&D strategies and solutions to build capabilities. Her work at AstraZeneca, Volvo Cars and Boehringer Ingelheim saw her collaborating with global teams across Europe, North America and Asia — always with a focus on aligning learning with business goals, building future-ready skills, and engaging diverse teams. Whether managing large L&D budgets or designing career pathways, Yi Hui brings a systems-level approach to complex L&D challenges.
She founded Alcepha to close the persistent gap between L&D strategy and execution. Her work style is grounded in clarity, creativity, and rigour — all in service of empowering individuals and organisations to grow with confidence and purpose.
